Catherine A. Keith graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2004 and joined Cook Keith & Davis immediately upon graduation. She has been with the firm ever since — more than twenty years. In 2016 she was named Head of Litigation, a role that reflects both her legal capabilities and her leadership of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Before law school, Catherine graduated from Boston College in 2001. She is a native of Fort Worth, Texas.
Catherine’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and landlord-tenant matters. She has represented commercial property management companies, landlords, tenants, construction contractors, and businesses across a wide range of disputes. Her experience includes multi-state federal and state court litigation, mechanic’s lien work, copyright enforcement, and complex business disputes. She has served as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys with cases in Texas.
