Heather Terry graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 and from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2024. She joined Cook Keith & Davis as a law clerk in May of 2023 and remained with the firm after graduating from law school.
Heather’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on landlord-tenant matters, construction liens, foreclosure, and debt collection. She represents commercial landlords, small businesses, consulting companies, and construction companies across a range of disputes.
