Elizabeth Sample graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2019 and from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2022. She joined Cook Keith & Davis in 2023.
Elizabeth’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, judgment collection, appellate matters, bankruptcy matters, and mechanic’s lien work for general contractors and subcontractors. Her clients include individuals, general contractors, landscaping companies, judgment creditors, physicians, and title companies. She has handled matters ranging from construction disputes against municipalities to complex fraudulent transfer litigation involving several million dollars in property.
