Matt Jinkins graduated from Baylor University in 2010 and from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2018. He joined Cook Keith & Davis.
Matt’s practice covers commercial and civil litigation, collections, TRO and injunctive relief, Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims, and matters under the Residential Construction Liability Act. He represents a diverse client base including luxury real estate brokerages, residential roofing contractors, commercial lenders, oilfield equipment suppliers, medical claims and billing companies, construction suppliers, healthcare staffing agencies, and homeowners.
